Thank you for participating in the inaugural B.R.A.K.E.S. Grand Prix – Race 2 Save Lives! Your involvement helps raise critical funds to support B.R.A.K.E.S.' mission of providing advanced driver training to teens across the country. As a professional driver, you'll be paired with an amateur team, interact with participants and fans, take part in the Pro Driver Draw, and help make this a memorable event while supporting a cause that saves lives.

I, the undersigned, grant B.R.A.K.E.S. (Be Responsible And Keep Everyone Safe), its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and authorized representatives permission to photograph, video record, livestream, interview, and otherwise capture my image, voice, name, likeness, autograph, and biographical information during my participation in the B.R.A.K.E.S. Grand Prix – Race 2 Save Lives and related activities.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used, without compensation, for purposes including but not limited to:

• Event promotion
• Fundraising campaigns
• Social media
• Website content
• Print publications
• Press releases
• News media
• Sponsor recognition
• Educational materials
• Future B.R.A.K.E.S. promotional efforts

I understand that these photographs, videos, recordings, and other materials may be edited, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, or otherwise used in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or the specific use to which they may be applied.

I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my name, image, voice, likeness, or related materials.

I release and hold harmless B.R.A.K.E.S., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, event partners, Trackhouse Motorplex, participating organizations, photographers, videographers, media representatives, and their respective agents from any claims arising out of or related to the use of these materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or violation of publicity rights, except where prohibited by law.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have the authority to execute this release.
