Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Doug Herbert's B.R.A.K.E.S. Grand Prix - Race 2 Save Lives! We are excited to have you join us for this family-friendly community fundraiser at Trackhouse Motorplex.

• Booth Size: One (1) 10' x 10' vendor space
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and extension cords.
• No electricity available

• Vendor Check-In & Setup: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Breakdown: Begins at 8:00 PM or after the event concludes.

For the safety of our guests and to maintain a professional appearance, vendors must remain set up until 8:00 PM unless all merchandise has been sold.

• Vendors keep 100% of their sales proceeds.
• We encourage vendors to offer cash-and-carry merchandise to maximize sales during the event.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth.
• Dispose of all trash before leaving.
• Comply with all Trackhouse Motorplex and B.R.A.K.E.S. event rules.
• Operate in a manner that does not interfere with neighboring vendors or event activities.

Doug Herbert's B.R.A.K.E.S., Trackhouse Motorplex, event sponsors, and volunteers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury involving vendor property, merchandise, equipment, or personnel. Vendors participate at their own risk.

I have read and agree to the terms of this Vendor Agreement.

There is no vendor fee, but we ask that vendors consider making a donation to B.R.A.K.E.S. to support our mission of saving teen lives.
